It has been 75 days and the enemy continues her relentless efforts to enter the cabinet under the sink. We are all exhausted. Morale is low. And yet I believe that we may yet emerge victorious, if only the masking tape holds. A day has not gone by that the hideous clunking of failed attempts has not brought us all alert, ready for combat. Peaceful sleep has become a thing of the distant past. Again the plaintive mewling of the enemy approaches. I must go. Fear not, citizens. The Oxyclean, sponges, and paper towels will not fall into the clutches of the enemy, not while any one of us still stands.
