Those of you who have been waiting breathlessly on the edge of your seats will be overjoyed to know that I have perfected Spicy Peanut Chicken. The key, as it turns out, is to use more tomatoes so it turns into a stew, and then to serve it over crisp steamed broccoli instead of couscous. The broccoli cuts the richness perfectly, and plus it makes it South-Beach-diet-friendly! Which I am all about at the moment. And now Spicy Peanut Chicken is the most delicious thing you have ever eaten. And it looks beautiful. I think I should sell the recipe to a restaurant for a million dollars.
